I have an excellent opportunity available for a technical test lead with a Fintech company in Dublin. They are growing their test team and are looking for a test automation engineer to work on some hands-on test automation and also co-ordinate a small team. This would be an ideal role for a test automation engineer who is keen to take the first steps into a leadership role. There are plans for both the company and team to grow so there will be massive progression potential in this role

Requirements

* Computer Science Degree or similar
* At least 3 years in a test automation role
* Experience leading test automation processes
* Ability to create automated tests with Selenium and C#
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Team leading /mentoring experience
