Application Support Analyst
* Provide Application Support; troubleshoot problems, research issues, determine and apply solutions
* Resolve customer issues via the telephone, email or WebEx
* Regular follow ups with customers with recommendations, updates and action plans
* Escalate issues in a timely manner
* Provide training or assistance to junior staff as needed
* Third Level Qualification in Business, IT or related discipline
* At least 3 years in a customer service or technical support role, preferably software or related experience
* SQL experience desirable
