• Have a strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular).
• Possess strong written and interpersonal communication as s/he will interact and manage expectations of both technical and non-technical clients, internal and external to the organisation.
• Be absolutely accuracy in their actions.
• An individual who is detail orientated and confident to question anything suspicious or illogical to ensure absolute data security and integrity at all times.
• Providing provisioning support to clients through proprietary applications.
• Analyzing and diagnose issues, resolve when possible or assign the issue to the relevant staff member for resolution.
• Interacting with internal clients and appropriately lead the client to the best solution.
• Accurately tracking and managing issues through to resolution.
• Adapting procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments.
• Completing ad-hoc projects as requested.


• Minimum of one year experience in application support. College degree in related field.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability is critical.
• Candidate must be able to work unsupervised; have the ability to prioritize tasks; be logical, organized and work well with others in a stressful support environment.
• Candidate must be able to manage timely, effective respond to customer needs and effectively communicate project status as requested and required.
• Ability to conscientiously manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks, requests and projects on tight deadlines.
• Desire to learn and take on new and additional work projects.
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and an improvement mindset.
