Project Manager with previous project management in the semiconductor industry required for permanent role in Dublin city centre. In this role you will manage the development and implementation process of a company’s semiconductor products, plan and direct schedules, monitor the project from initiation through delivery and organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with engineering managers to provide program management for product development
• Manage multiple complex projects through completion
• Plan, manage, and optimize project schedules and deliverables with core project teams
• Lead, liaise, and communicate among core project teams, cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain status of all managed programs to ensure senior leadership team is provided with information needed to make timely and effective decisions about strategic projects, priorities and activities
• Lead and participate in project gate/design reviews
• Create action items and closure plans
• Coordinate prototype sample management/shipment
• Facilitate adherence to product development quality standards
• Collaborate with Legal to facilitate and manage third party relationship
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in project management in a semiconductor industry
• Must be familiar with overall IC semiconductor product development process and manufacturing process
• Ability to enable cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to engage effectively both in one-on-one situations with all levels of the organization and in facilitating group achievement of project goals
• Must be competent at multi task functionality and hands-on project management
• Should have excellent skills in Microsoft office programs; project management tools and knowledge
• Project Management Tool (e.g. MS, MSPS, Excel,…)
• Experience in ISO 9001/TS16949 is a plus
