DevOps Engineer - Galway

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing and progressing software company based in Galway.
The software team works closely with the head of IT to help deliver complex solutions. Engineers are expected to help to continuously improve both the software and software development practices.
Responsibilities
• Implementing systems for continuous deployment
• Monitoring production servers and systems
• Identifying and fixing scaling issues
• Ensuring fault-tolerance of production systems
Education
• Computer Engineering/Computer Science Degree/IT/Electronics Engineering
(BEng or BSc, Hons)
Experience
• 3 / 4 Years DevOps Experience
• Distributed version control - git or mercurial
• Linux Experience
• AWS knowledge/experience is desirable
• Build automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, CruiseControl)
• Software Development skills (e.g. PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• TCP Networking fundamentals
Additional Knowledge Desired
• Docker
• System monitoring tools
