Junior QA tester requirements:

* 1+ years manual software testing experience
* Functional/system/integration and UAT experience is desirable
* Have worked efficiently in testing large scale enterprise systems;
* Be proactive, self-starting and flexible and have a high attention to detail;
* Have an ISEB/ISTQB or equivalent qualification and/or 3rd level degree education;
* Be able to think like a user and understand quality risks and costs. Have a focus on satisfying a business need.
