Our client is a long established and reputable company that supplies medical devices and consumables to the International healthcare industry. They are now seeking a SAP Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their team ion a six – twelve month contract.

As a SAP Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be responsible to building better utilisation of SAP Business One across all ten departments within the company 

The New Project Management role will suit a Business Analyst with SAP implementation experience. You will be tasked with helping match the SAP Business processes with the company procedures through better utilisation of the SAP B1 functions by exploitation of the many built in processes and add-on solutions. 

Our healthcare client would like to improve and streamline their business processes across all departments using SAP B1 as the template. This forms the main element of the project. 

As a SAP Business One Analyst / Project Manager, you will collaborate with two other members from the IT department that will work directly with the SAP B1 Project Manager. 

The SAP B1 Project Manager would liaise with around 10 departmental teams of including three Sales team and Purchasing, Quality, Finance, New Product Development, Marketing, Service, and Warehouse Teams. 

Initially this will be a 6-12 month fixed term contract, planned around a specific IT based process improvement within each of the above departments. 

The function will be around the identification of a specific IT needs within each department, offering of variety of solutions, with costings, process selection, planning, beta testing, implementation, staff training and then hand holding for Go live support. 

To be considered, you must have at least two years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst ideally with some SAP Business One experience along with an analytical approach, first-class communication skills are also key to being successful in this key senior IT role. 

As a SAP Business Analyst / Project Manager, you must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Logical and pragmatic, you must also have a team leader mentality.
