At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Candidates must have

 Previous relevant work experience in a customer service office environment

Appropriate level and experience of relevant ICT Skills, e.g. proficiency in Word, Excel, e-mail etc.

Strong commitment to excellence

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work as part of a team
