Senior Microsoft Exchange and Messaging Engineer
itContracting are pleased to be partnering with our client, a major multination financial services company, in the hiring of a highly experience MS Exchange and Messaging Engineer
You will be working on the design, development and delivery of enterprise scale Exchange Mail and Messaging systems and platforms across multiple sites in Ireland and wider Europe for thousands of users. You will be working with the latest cloud services such as Office 365 and Skype for Business and provide subject matter expertise across Exchange Mail and Messaging systems to an Architect level.
You will work with leading vendors and 3rd parties ensuring the highest level of technological excellence and technology delivery.
Included in your experience will be:
* A minimum of 5-8 years working at an enterprise level on Mail and Messaging systems
* High level demonstrable experience with latest versions of Exchange and Active Directory
* Deep knowledge of Office 365
* Experience with large-scale transformation projects and migrations, preferably in the likes of Exchange upgrades, Lotus to Exchange migrations and migrations to Office 365 and cloud services such as Azure AD
* Ability to lead project teams and manage large budget projects to completion
* Experience managing 3rd parties, vendors, suppliers and stakeholders
* Additionally you should have worked in ITIL aligned environments, preferably relevant with qualifications
* Additional experience in areas such as Security, Compliance, Governance, Data Protection and Financial Services would be an advantage
