Java Software Architect

Opportunity for a highly technical software architect with a history of building application frameworks to join a global healthcare services company in Dublin who build web and mobile applications for millions of users around the globe.

This is a new role within the business and the software architect will play a pivotal and leading role in the development team with an emphasis on developing n-tier solutions with a real focus on making and using API's both internal and publicly available.

The Irish operation is the development and technical arm for the US business and they are experiencing rapid growth with expected headcount to double for 2017, the Irish team are relatively new.

Reporting to the Senior Software Manager in Dublin this Software Architect role allows you a large degree of autonomy, You will provide Architectural leadership to the development team, guiding ongoing projects to safeguard proper design and implementation, as well as smooth integration with existing systems.

Open to Software Architects from a variety of languages

The Tech Stack: Operating within an agile environment using the SAFe framework the development team are using Clojure, Clojurescript, Java, Ruby, React, Angularjs, to build the next generation of mobile and web applications and bleeding edge healthcare service products.
