IT Jobs - Our client is looking for experienced AngularJS Specialist/Lead UI Developer who will develop a whole new Angular model/framework team in Dublin. This is a Long term, Daily Rate contract that is between 6 – 18 months.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, innovative team and to work on state-of-the-art, high availability systems in one of the most dynamic areas within one of the world’s largest banks.

As Lead UI Software Developer your main responsibilities will involve:

• Providing technical leadership within the team for design and implementation of User Interfaces
• Creating innovative solutions to business problems
• Supporting existing functionality and expanding upon it for new feature requests
• Writing automated tests
• Teaching others
• Software release into production

Technical Skills

• Expert Knowledge of AngularJS is essential
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally JQuery, Ajax
• Good knowledge of at least one OO programming language
• Automated testing of web applications
• REST web services
• Design patterns and OOP
• Knowledge of Python (Desirable)

Requirements

• Degree/Masters or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable post-qualification technical work experience
• Experience in banking/finance sector a plus but not essential
