This company are global leaders in digital device innovation, they are passionate about their products and making their mark in this industry. They are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain to join their team based in Cork to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver projects while ensuring the on-going stability of the existing Supply Chain systems is maintained.

The main purpose of this role is to work with the businesses stakeholders in Supply Chain while also collaborating with other IT teams to identify improvements and deliver quality solutions to the organisation.

Role requirements:

·         Minimum of 5 years Oracle EBS implementation or Support experience with proven delivery execution experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations at a Functional Lead level

·         Experience should include significant knowledge and detailed skills in Oracle Applications R12 platform, focusing on Order Management, Shipping, i-Store, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory and Planning

·         Basic knowledge of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets,  General Ledger, Costing, Intercompany AGIS, iExpense

·         Good technical awareness e.g. knowledge of data structures and SQL command language.

·         Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications

·         Liaise with Oracle Applications counterparts globally across different teams

·         Demonstrated experience in successfully managing application delivery projects across multiple functional areas within Supply Chain

·         Provision of support for existing Oracle Applications and resolving issues raised

Education & Qualifications:

·         Degree in Management Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

·         Knowledge of  Supply Chain Business Processes is essential

·         APICS  certification and Project Management Certification such as PMP would be an added advantage

·         Fluency in English
