Help desk Analyst Swords 30K
Immediate requirement for an experienced Help-desk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to work with a global company who have operations all across Europe and the EMEA region.
The role will require providing IT support to internal and external customers resolve issues in relation to hardware, software, and infrastructure problems.
Fluent English is essential - French, German or Czech language skills would be highly beneficial
Overview of your role
* Resolve a high percentage of calls at first point of contact
* Raise tickets and escalate calls to 2nd level support when needed
* Use an incident management systems JIRA to document and manage incidents
Background Experience
* 2 years + experience in a global environment working within a similar help-desk, IT support, Help desk analyst role
* Must have good knowledge of MS Office XP, 2003, 2007
* Experience supporting internet browsers e.g Explore, Chrome, Firefox
* 3rd level education within an IT discipline
* Fluent English - experience with German, French or Czech highly beneficial
This is a full time permanent role, Mon to Friday offering a salary of 30K along with a benefits package to include healthcare, pension, education support, onsite parking, life assurance
