My client are a globally recognised financial services organisation who are undertaking a huge project with high visibility right throughout the organisation. There are a number of projects of various size being developed split between R&D and product development. There are some projects with high visibility and importance to the organisation right across Europe. There will be collaboration with other European offices.
The role will suit an experienced scrum master who can help drive the development processes on a daily basis. You will report to the development manager ensuring that agile processes are facilitated and that any problems within a spring are spotted as early as possible.

Desired Skills / Experience

* Recent experience in software development (Java) is strongly desired, an understanding of Micro-services would be highly beneficial.
* 3+ years experience working in a Scrum Master role
* A very strong understanding of Agile is desired
* Scrum master certification would be beneficial
* 10+ years experience working on software development projects
