Business Development Representatives required

Our client is a cloud based software Company, they offer a range of eLearning and online training

Products designed to help Companies distribute their courses and track their training quickly and easily at scale. They are a customer focused Company with the customer experience being integral to everything they do. They offer a professional work environment where team and individual accomplishments are encouraged and celebrated. They offer excellent career progression, a structured learning environment through tech sessions with various members of the team.

They are currently looking to hire 3 business development representatives; the ideal candidates will eventually progress to account management positions.

 

 

The BDRs are at the forefront of the Sales team and are responsible for qualifying all inquiries that come into the Company.

 This means that a BDR must be able to determine if the product is a good fit for a potential customer's requirements. If there is a “mutual fit”, a BDR’s objective is to move that prospect into their sales pipeline by scheduling a live demonstration of the software.

What will I be doing?

● Play an active role in developing, altering and improving processes for the Sales team and the company.

● Identify and understand the business requirements of future customers to determine if the Company’s product can meet their needs.

● Be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction with potential customers.

● Scheduling and taking responsibility for all initial discovery calls and arranging live demonstrations where appropriate.

● Understanding the features and functionality of their robust LMS and can convey its value to potential customers.

● Maintaining a clean and accurate record of account information within a CRM system.

 ● Come up with your own suggestions on how they can rule the LMS world.

 

What skills do you need?

● A demonstrated passion for sales, business or delivering an exceptional service to paying customers.  ● Self-motivation, energy, high attention to detail and ability to multitask.

● An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with change in a rapidly growing organization are a must.

 

 

 

 

● Must be comfortable working with others and in a team environment.

● Excellent communication skills; you must be comfortable engaging with a variety of different people, identifying their needs, conveying our value, handling any objections and collecting the vital information that allows them to perform at their best.

Demonstrate good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.

● Enjoys the challenge delivering on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

 

Candidates are not expected to tick every box; the Company are always happy to review applications and take all experience into consideration. Not required but considered a big plus

● 1-2 years’ software or enterprise selling a plus.

● A business studies or technology qualification.
