What will I be doing as a Level 3 Escalation Engineer?
• Advanced troubleshooting knowledge
• Take initiative with to learn better ways to assist our customer(s), and to share that knowledge in all directions
• Be fully accountable for the incidents in your assigned queue, ability to make decisions necessary to ensure incident are resolved in a timely manner in line with agreed service targets
• Responsible for problem management procedures within the service desk
• Be the ‘Go To Person’ within the 3rd Line Team
• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client issues
• Ensure teams procedural documentation is kept up-to-date and reviewed periodically
• Be proactive in alerting management and team members of potential problems, before they happen
• Providing the technical lead to Enterprise Customers
