Our client based in Co. Mayo requires an experienced Java developer is required to join an existing development team and will play a key part in the delivery of an integrated, enterprise wide platform.
The initial contract is for a period of 6 months. The company reserve the right to extend the contract beyond this period. The successful candidate must have flexibility to extend the contract duration if required.
In addition to development and testing of discrete components, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in design decisions and peer review of code. Some customer focused workshops and meetings may be required on occasion. You will also be required on occasion to provide support and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years Java development experience with a minimum of 3 years focusing on deployments to Tomcat (other Application Servers may be considered for particularly strong candidates).

• XML / XSD / XSLT
• JBOSS Wildfly
• JSF
• jPBM and Drools implementation and integration
• Apache webserver and mod_proxy experience
