SQL OR MS EXCEL
* Ensuring the highest quality implementation of online projects including product setup and configuration, image mapping, categorisation and bulk updates within complex CMS environment.
* Managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
* Build and launch of site content with quality and efficient execution.
* Collaborating with Regional PM and/or business team to remove ambiguity to assisting with the creation of offers, bundles and promotions, including revision of content.
* Supporting the overall site vision and ensuring a quality customer experience while focusing on project goals and delivery dates.
* Troubleshooting streamlining and prioritising production duties to achieve the most efficient production processes.
* Work as part of a global delivery team, sharing responsibility for the build & quality of the client site with productions teams in New Delhi and Redmond.
* Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and following through with deliver of these process changes to the team.
* Providing clear communication and progress metrics to stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
* Passion for technology with a curiosity for understand how things work and making processes/systems better.
* Experience of working in a global E-commerce web environment.
* Strong understanding of web design/web development concepts and processes.
* Experience of working in depth with Excel or SQL to manage data an advantage.
* Strong computer skills, including a knowledge of HTML, CSS and web content management systems.
* Self-starter and a proactive problem solver with a drive to achieve results.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experience working with the localization of content an advantage.
