realTime is looking to recruit a PMO Administrator with 5+ years in this role to work in an IT environment within Financial services.
As the PMO Administrator, you will work closely alongside the Head of the PMO to manage programme deliverables across the project teams within the business.
Client:
My Client is a large Dublin based Financial organisation who is very strong in their market. Having embarked on a transformation programme, they have undertaken several new large projects and are looking to add PMO support to their existing highly capable team. You will report into the Head of the Programme Management Office in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Work with various delivery teams, getting updates and any potential issues
• Ensure the PMO standards, procedures, tools and templates are rolled out
• Act as a guide for the Project Managers to ensure they are using the correct process and tools for the PMO
• Manage Change control process
• Assist with the Management of the PMO
• Ensure Project Delivery is to the required standard, and within the set timeframe
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the Head of PMO
• Own and maintain the PMO repository
• Track completion of key deliverables across the various Projects
Requirements:
• 5 years Project Management Office experience
• Experience within a PMO in Financial services
• Familiar with PMO methodologies
• Stakeholder Management and strong presentation skills
This is an excellent daily rate contract role looking to start in March.
