Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:
* Minimum two years' experience in desktop support ideally in a financial environment.
* Excellent technical knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
* Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
* Windows 7, Windows 2008 experience
* Microsoft Office 2010 support
* Exchange 2010/2013
* WSUS or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience:
* Understanding of Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
* TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS
* Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge
* Network security and vulnerability
* MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
