The company is a leading American start-up who have just been bought for 3 Billion.

They expect to have over 18 million daily users by 2020. The companies front end development will be all done in the States and then their backend and devops teams will be based here in Dublin 2.

The company is looking for 15 developers at a very senior level to come in and have a hands on approach to creating one of the fastest growing ecommerce sites in the world. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience through exceptional credentials. This team will be building the customer experience.

In this case, the role is for the "backend" that choreographs the customer experience.

This is a backend/full stack role with experience dealing with distributed systems.

The team will be about 15 people including the lead.

The client is looking for a mix of strong leadership with hands-on execution.

This role eventually becomes a management role but they want to avoid having thin teams so it starts as a lead role and becomes a manager role down the road as teams reach critical mass.

The client is also looking for 5 senior developers to join this team with at least 5 years of exceptional experience and again F# is a plus but not essential. The salary on the senior developer roles is up to €100,000++
