AV/VC Support Technician
Driven AV/VC technician to provide ongoing event support and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

Provide onsite support for visitor and executive level events

Perform daily maintenance of hardware and software for AV/VC
*
Work with Client Engineers to troubleshoot difficult internal problems

Strong diagnostic skills

Adept in Technical Documentation

Ability to meet and exceed service deadlines

Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions
*
Work with internal ticketing system

2+ Years AV experience

2+ Years IT experience
Technical Skill Set Requirements:
AV/VC skills as follows:
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Cisco AV/VC devices - Cisco SX20/C40/C60/SX80, MX Series, Crestron, LCDs, and Projectors etc.
IT proficiency with the following:

DHCP

DNS
*
Basic networking
