Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Dublin
Pay Rate: €24.60 per hour (PAYE - excluding holiday pay)
Contract duration: 2 months +

Our client, a leading provider of IT services and solutions, is currently looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their team at a customer site in Dublin.

The day to day duties will involve general desktop and laptop support in a windows 7 environment, performing scripted builds and deployment of PC hardware and software including data migration. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting users with both hardware and software issues with the 2nd and 3rd line support teams. In addition, you will also be responsible for performing desk moves.

With highly developed interpersonal skills you will engage with customers and VIP's and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience to all.
