Software engineer, Dublin

A leading technology company who specilise in card payments are searching for 2 software engineers, of mid-level and senior-level.

The successful software engineer will work in a team, working on new technologies, building new rules to protect against fraud.

The software engineer will be responsible for producing decision management technology solutions to support multiple business areas

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise for fraud prediction applications which include mission critical, high volume transaction processing systems

Essential Skills

- Experience with SQL

- Oracle

- Some Java development experience

- Software engineering background

- Ability to develop complex rules

Desired Skills

- Any experience with IBM ODM (highly desired)

- Ability to write rules within IDM log framework and Oracle SQL

- Experience within the payment (PCI) or financial services (highly desirable)
