Our client a leading professional services company is currently looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This is a high profile technical and analytical role which offers a lot of variety and challenge.
This position will see you working with major global companies to support their operational, compliance and cost reduction initiatives.
Key Skills required:
- Business process improvement
- Report generation using SQL, Bulk imports and ETL Tools
- Performing regular quality assurance review of data files
- Collaborating with business process owners to define requirements , design, develop & deploy applications or solutions to meet requirements
- Extract, transform, load, process, evaluate and maintain integrity of client provided data
- Create and/or maintain ETL Solutions for very large Data set
- Create and/or maintain high level reporting systems using SQL or other ETL tools
- Troubleshoot and support various MS Access/SQL databases developed and utilised by the team to ensure optimal performance and data reliability
- Ability to intelligently integrate a wide range of data sources and analysis to answer core business questions and discover growth opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to present and discuss data models and analysis to a range of audiences across development, operations and business teams in Microsoft
- Exceptional ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data science or business analytics.
- 3+ years’ experience in Excel and writing SQL queries for data manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Sciences, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
