IT Technical Support (Consultancy) - Contract, North Dublin
IT Technical Support Role and Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an Technical Support to work on their busy Service Desk in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have an IT related diploma or degree and have excellent client facing, communication and interpersonal skills
What’ involved:
· Manage onsite IT activities
· Telephone and email support of “Level 1” technical issues
· Responsible for incident management, ensure services meet the outlined SLA
What you need:
· 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
· IT related Diploma or Degree
· Technical/troubleshooting knowledge (Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7, Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook and Office products would be beneficial)
· Ability to meet deadlines
