Skillset:
Although a management post, the person will be expected to provide some aspect of hands-on specialist work and should have appropriate experience of and technical competencies in some of the following:
Cisco network administration, configuration, troubleshooting WAN networking Server and System administration (Windows 2012 server skills) VMware ESX Active Directory mgt / DNS / DHCP SAN administration (Dell iSCSI ideally) Commvault Backup technology Exchange (2013) administration Ubuntu or other LAMP stackmgt MS-SQL Database administration (2005/08/14/16) IIS / Apache setup / configuration . The person should be process oriented and be familiar with relevant ITIL management processes – availability management, change management, performance management, business continuity management and incident management
