I have a new position for an Avaya/Cisco contact centre consultant. The company is a multinational investment bank, where the office you will be working from is located in Dublin city. This is a technical customer facing role with Operational support and project delivery from concept to implementation, supporting Client Call Centres in Ireland, UK and Lux with the Hub based in Chicago
What you will need to have:
· 8 years engineering and design experience in TDM/IP telephony
· Strong technical knowledge of Avaya
· Cisco IP Telephony and Verint V.11 technical experience
· Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
· Previous project experience
· Management and troubleshooting Cisco Analog , Digital voice gateways and Devices
