Enterprise People are currently seeking a Progress Developer for a 1 Year Contract based in Dublin.
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you will join our client’s existing team of developers who are responsible for the design, implementation and support of our client’s Progress based systems.
The Progress Developer will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyse issues and requirements
• Develop and test solutions to a high standard
• Provide Support from 1st to 3rd line where necessary
• Liaise with Business function owners to resolve system issues
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ Years’ experience in a Progress Development Environment, v9/v10
• UNIX experience a plus
• Strong problem solving skills - experience solving complex business problems in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
