The role will focus on the ownership of the support ticket queue, looking after all levels of issues from 1 right through to 4. You'll be working closely with the java development team and supporting the java application stack and working predominantly with Linux. You'll need to be able to show excellent customer facing skills and a real get up and go attitude.

You'll need to be someone who works well in a team and who is also passionate about technology and constantly wanting to improve their skills and learn more every single day!

Desired skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 3-4 years experience supporting enterprise applications in high availability production environments.
* Excellent Linux experience.
* Strong exposure to Apache, tomcat, JBoss etc.
* Strong knowledge of SQL.
* Excellent customer facing skills.
* Strong scripting in bash/Perl/python would be highly desirable.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
