As a Helpdesk Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure that the Helpdesk function runs as efficiently as possible to provide customers with a seamless support service.
In this fast-moving role, you’ll take ownership of the opening, assignment and closure of cases on a daily basis. You’ll liaise with Engineers to ensure that cases are being dealt with and check all open tickets to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
Your other duties will involve:
- Following up with customers regarding any outstanding issues
- Logging all outstanding issues that haven’t been addressed
- Maintaining all customer information records
- Circulating weekly Helpdesk performance reports
- Preparing customer Helpdesk reports
- Identifying ways to further improve the service
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need at least two years’ customer service or helpdesk support experience. A highly organised approach and exceptional prioritisation skills are also key.
Customer-focused and proactive, as a Helpdesk Co-ordinator, you’ll be a strong communicator with great planning, time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
