Recruit First IT is an Irish owned IT Recruitment Company based in Citywest in West Dublin that has grown significantly over the past 2 years and is looking to hire another 2 recruiters.
We currently have two Sales roles available in-house here in our Citywest Offices.
To be considered for this role you will have:
o 3-4 years sales experience in an outbound sales environment
o Developing excellent working relationships
o Cold calling & Account Management
o Professional phone manner
o Comfortable with inhouse sales
o To have worked in the service environment e.g customer service / estate agency/ telesales would be beneficial yet not essential as we hire sales people from all walks of life as we offer full and on-going training.
You will trained by a recruiter with over 15 years hands on experience within the Irish market and you will be offered the very best salary and commission structure in the Irish market.
