Our Client, a Global leader in Financial Services are currently looking for an Associate System Analyst to join their IT Team. They provide complete solutions to automate front- and middle-office investment management functions. A globally recognized firm that serve investment firms all over world in the institutional asset and fund management. This role provides great training and huge growth potential.
Responsibilities:
• Front-line, first level technical support as part of a global team to deliver exemplary customer service to clients.
• Coordination and liaising with clients, internal colleagues and vendors to receive, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve client reported problems or issues.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely, high quality delivery of service to Clients and ensure a high level of service availability.
• Escalate and track issues which exceed the scope of the front-line support capability.
• Ensure all internal Managed Services tracking systems and documentation is accurate and up to date.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Experience in a similar role essential e.g. Application and/or Technical Support.
• Proven ability to work in a mission critical, business application software operations and support environment.
• Some exposure to Financial Services/Investment Management/Trading systems desirable.
• Familiarity with databases (ideally SQL)
• An IT Degree is a necessity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Process and Job Scheduling.
