Software Test Engineer

A new opportunity has opened up to join a fast-paced Agile Development team in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Test Engineer to work closely with clients in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have to be self-motivated and want to learn and grow within the organisation.

The Role:

* Design, develop, and implement manual and automated tests for software solutions
* Work with and leverage the current methodologies and technologies, including Scrum, and Kanban.
* Work closely with companies in the e-commerce industry
* Identify, expose, and document defects and inefficiencies

Skills & Experience

* Technical Experience and BA or BS in a related field.
* 3 or more years Software testing experience
* The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge/experience of test design in both a manual and automated framework
* Proficiency in C# coding practices and writing SQL queries
* Strong understanding of technologies and frameworks such as Visual Studio, XML, SOAP, and JSON
* Experience working in an Agile environment and using Continuous Integration
* Experience with testing SaaS, e-commerce, web, or cloud applications
