Description of Business Unit:

Global Markets ("GM") is Ireland`s leading treasury services provider. It is also responsible for managing the Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange exposures of the Group and for the optimal execution of the Group`s Funding & Liquidity strategy in line with appropriate Group Policies and Procedures. GM provides wholesale pricing for a broad range of Retail, Corporate and Institutional customers across the spectrum of Treasury Risk Management Products and engages in proprietary trading opportunities in fixed interest, foreign exchange and derivative markets.

Global Markets directly employs approximately 227 people internationally in 5 locations (Dublin, London, Bristol, Belfast and Stamford, Connecticut).

Global Markets is looking for an Office Co-Ordinator/CEO Support to support office activities required in order to assist the Business in reaching its Strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide diary management and support for CEO of Global Markets. Ensure quarterly/monthly/ weekly meetings are reflected in diary at all times
* Attend various meetings (e.g. Operational Risk Committee meetings & Executive Management meetings), document actions and record minutes as required. Prepare relevant meeting packs (printing, binding & distributing) for the above meetings and manage attendance communications
* Review and update Global Markets Organisation Charts reflective of employee movements
* Manage and organise travel arrangements inclusive of flights & accommodation for Global Markets Senior Leadership
* Assume responsibility for room booking, facilities/catering management for all Senior Executive meetings within Global Markets
* Coordination of internal and external corporate events/meetings
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations/reports as requested by Senior Executives
* Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis in order to ensure efficient running of the Business (Facilities /Stationary /Catering etc.)
* Management of Archiving
* Support the wider Strategy & Communications team on various activities
* Assist in ad hoc projects & duties as requested

Essential Key Requirements:

* At least 2 -3 years` experience in an administrative support role within a Corporate or Professional organisation
* Excellent PC skills in particular PowerPoint, Presentation Creation and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels across the business and divisions
* Refined Time Management Skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines in a manner that ensures a high level of Customer Satisfaction is provided at all times
* Trustworthy, discrete and able to handle business information with the highest level of confidence
* Keen attention to detail and well organised with the ability to manage own workload and team workload in line with changing priorities
* Proactively work to build strong and effective working relationships with other Office Co-Ordinators and PAs across the Group`s Central Functions and Business Divisions
* Strong team player with flexible approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
* Support the wider Strategy & Communications team on various activities
* Assist in ad hoc projects & duties as requested
