Performance Test Lead

A new opportunity has opened up for an experienced Performance Test Lead with a well established organisation in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in their career and mentor junior resources. You must have previous experience managing up to 3 resources.

The role:

* Scoping of performance testing requirements across all relevant projects
* Complete a tool Proof of Concept (POC) across a project(s)
* Planning and Estimation of Performance Test project incl.

* Scope
* Test Data Requirements
* Test Environment Requirements
* Resource Requirements (Performance & Additional)

* Technical Performance Testing Advice
* Advise and support the Performance Testers with developing & executing Performance Test scripts
* Prepare Performance Test scripts using a relevant performance test tool
* Execute Performance Test Scenarios
* Produce test cycle reports
* Perform comprehensive Analysis of results
* Analyse reports with project stakeholders and investigate as required
* Prepare Performance Testing test exit report
* Inputs into each project Performance Test Strategy & Plan
* Will work closely with Technical Teams in co-ordinating the request of the test environment
* Co-ordinate Performance tool licencing requirements
* Mentor junior resources

Requirements:

* Excellent technical experience of working with 1 or more Performance Test tool
* Demonstration a full understanding of Performance Testing approaches, methods and technologies
* Ability to define and explain the Performance Testing Project Lifecycle
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent Client facing skills
