Dublin City Centre, 12 Months+ Daily Rate Contract

An Application Support Analyst is required to join an existing IT Support team. The role will be based in Dublin and will involve the following:

* Daily Support of 3-tier client/server application.
* Monitoring and responding to Helpdesk calls.
* Design, development and test of system enhancements.
* Generation of regular statistics and status reports for Accenture and client management.
* Completion of documented daily check procedures.
* Planning and delivery of minor software releases.
* Identify areas where improvements can be made to current technologies, processes and procedures.
* Work with other agencies as required on existing and proposed data transfers.
* Continually build skills and capabilities to adapt to a challenging support environment.
