Company Description:
Customer service is paramount at Munster Business Equipment and has been the basis for our success over the past 40 years and has a large customer base developed throughout Munster during this time. MBE provides Managed Print Services, Interactive and Audio Visual services to its customers in the corporate and education section primarily throughout Munster and is looking to expand its services to cover IT support.

Top duties/activities:

• Set up and support of network printing and scanning systems
• Help support and maintain interactive hardware and software systems
• Laptop/PC hardware and software maintenance
• Help develop the onsite computer network Maintenance and support aspect of the business

Background of candidate:

Ideally, you will have a minimum 2 yr experience in IT technical support

o Will be more then comfortable with dealing with the basic duties/activities listed above

o Will have an excellent attitude towards customer service and ability to act in a professional manner

o Have experience of onsite computer network Maintenance and support

o Have good knowledge of Windows servers in a network environment and possess a good understanding of the administration features

o Experience in the repair of photocopier and printers preferred but not essential as training can be provided

o Have a full clean drivers licence
