RealTime Recruitment are looking for a Business Support Analyst (Specialist 2) for a permanent position based in North Dublin.
The successful candidate would be reporting to the E-Commerce Manager to support the delivery of a class leading digital platform across online and mobile to create a leading customer experience.
Our Client have a large online presence and with major projects coming on in 2017 are looking to provide a high performing online service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a strong and repeatable process driven support function
• Excellent analysis capabilities, extraction and manipulation of data to produce relevant information and business case support
• Provide updates on progress, roadmap and planning
• Analyse product usage and customer experience
• Lead off shore teams in prioritizing workload
Experience:
• Leading cross functional teams
• Implementing robust support in an end to end process
• Ability to create and implement a platform level strategy
• Comfortable in a 24x7 support environment
• Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
