Experienced Java Developer required for 6 Month South Dublin based Contract.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a senior java developer for a 6 Month Contract based in south Dublin. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the senior java developer will join our client’s existing development team who are responsible for the development and implementation of complex client-facing Java based financial applications.
The Senior Java Developer will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement Java based applications for internal and client facing systems
• Perform systems analysis and advise on improvements
• Support development of projects from inception through to testing and final delivery
• Communicate clearly with business users and project manager (s)
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ Years Java Development experience
• Systems integration tools and technologies such as ESB, Web Services, REST etc
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns
• Experience of working within an Agile environment utilising methods such as Scrum
• Experience of developing dynamic web applications using AngularJS, JQuery, JavaScript
• JavaScript, HTML and/or JBoss experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
