One of our most successful clients an Ecommerce software product group , who offer cutting edge Technical solutions for their clients, are actively seeking a bright, forward thinking Senior .Net Developer, for their offices in Dublin 18. ( minutes from the Green Luas line).
About the role:
Due to there on-going success with customers locally and internationally, they require a number of experienced developers who will work with the development teams in building sophisticated software solutions. Our Client is also a Microsoft Certified Partner. They have just completed a massive acquisition which will take them to the next level. My client invest heavily in the IT Department setting the benchmark for others to follow, they cover the expenses for the Developers to become Microsoft certified with all the latest technologies introduced into the market. All software development is moving to MVC on a platform with Autofaq and NHibernate Good skills are also needed in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. The role will also involve working with clients/partners and many opportunities will be available for personal development and growth over time.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Development using C#, T-SQL, JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Input into Process Development including CMM Level 2
• Design Overall Solution based on Business Requirements Specifications
• Participate in team development of web based solutions and windows
• Develop solution in conjunction with team
• Design Databases using T-SQL, Stored procedures
• Unit Test
• Responsibility for Project release including configuration management and associated support
• Provide Support for solution (including out of hours if necessary)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Third Level Degree or higher in relevant subjects
• 4+ years C#/.Net, ASP.Net/MVC exp
• Microsoft Certification an advantage
• Modelling in UML, ERD, Use Cases
• .Net, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML
• SQL Server 20008 Enterprise, T-SQL, DTS, Windows 2008
• Good Written Communications
• Good Personal Initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive schedules
