High Availability Engineer

Several Senior Java Engineers are needed for a world leading telecoms provider. The engineer will join a specialist team that will develop and implement solutions and techniques for securing extreme high availability of a large scale distributed JEE System.

Experience

High Availability Engineer
You must have previous experience developing for High Availability. This must also be demonstrated in your CV. Candidates without experience in High Availability will not be considered.

Successful candidates will have expertise and experience in a significant number of the following

• Building fault resilient s/w components and systems
• Development of tools and bots for stimulating failure and breaking a system
• Clustering,High Availability, Redundancy engineering
• Performance monitoring, Utility Management

In addition, candidates will have experience in some of the following technologies:

• Previous High Availability experience
• JEE (JEE5, JEE6 preferred)
• EJB 3.x
• HTML5, CSS
• REST/SOA
• JMX, RMI, JCA, JPA, JTA, SQL
• Linux/Unix
• JEE Application servers ( JBOSS )
