Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a leading financial services company based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Service Desk Analyst will join the current IT Services team who are responsible for the support of a large London based user community.
The Service Desk Analyst will be joining a fast-growing support team with excellent career opportunities available.
The Service Desk Analyst will:
• Respond to inquiries concerning system software and applications
• Log all queries on the ticketing system
• Follow issues through to completion
• Provide technical expertise on both windows and internal applications
• Provide a mix of software and hardware support
• Work on multiple projects
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• An IT Qualification
• 4+ Years Technical Support experience experience in a windows environment
• Good Active Directory and Exchange experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• MS Certification a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
