Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a leading Dublin City Centre based client. Our client, a global player in the financial services industry are expanding their Dublin IT Services team. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join our client’s service desk who are responsible for providing a first-class level of technical support to all internal users.

The Technical Support Analyst will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to inquiries concerning system software and application issues
• Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution
• Provide technical expertise on all Windows systems
• Provide technical expertise on all internal applications (full training provided)
• Provide a mix of software and hardware support
• Work on multiple projects
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level or IT Qualification
• 5+ Years Technical Support experience experience in a Windows environment
• Active Directory and Exchange experience
• Strong Software / Hardware Installation experience
• MS Certification a plus
• Excellent telephone manner with a positive attitude
• Keen interest in learning new technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
