SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER
My client is currently seeing an experienced Senior Java Developer to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be working on a transformation project across the digital platform.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with development to deliver strong offering to online customers
- Create innovative design, specifications & code that reflect industry best practice
- Writing programming scripts
- Write, code & translate software applications & programmes
- Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure expectations are met
- Work with recognised SDLC methodologies
- Deliver practices the impact positively on the development team
- Develop & learn new technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Java applications & frameworks
Requirements
- Core Java
- J2EE
- SOA / Webservices
- JBoss
- Web technologies
- Strong experience of:
- Agile methodologies
- Oracle PL/SQL
- ORM- Hibernate
- Javascript
- HTML
- Protocols (HTTP/FTP)
- IDE- Eclipse
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
