This fantastic, vibrant and rapidly expanding company are currently looking to add a passionate Technical Writer / Systems Analyst to their team. This innovative company are the world’s first results driven company in their sector. They specialise in maximising in-flight revenues for multiple large profile clients.

In this position of Technical Writer / Systems Analyst you will be given the excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on how the company and have a real say in how the company will evolve. As a Technical Writer / Systems Analyst you will have brilliant variety in your role. In the role of Technical Writer / Systems Analyst you will get to liaise with multiple teams, all while working within a non-bureaucratic environment. The Technical Writer / Systems Analyst will also be given full ownership of their role, in this booming establishment.

You Will:
• Improve content and documentation standards.
• Generate functional specifications for new system designs.
• Create business workflows, data mapping and technical specifications.
• Work with senior business partners and stakeholders.
• Help run workshops with clients.
• Liaise with IT PMO team to help shape the company’s technical roadmap.

Experience:
• 2-3+ years’ experience writing functional specifications
• Ability to deal with Junior and Senior stakeholders

Salary: 45k – 65k
