Experienced Technical Support Analyst required for Dublin Contract.

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 1 Year Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join the IT Support team who are responsible for the implementation and support of our client’s internal IT systems and applications.

The Technical Support Analyst will have good PC Hardware & Software support experience with good troubleshooting skills. 

The Technical Support Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal with IT inquiries concerning system software and applications
Troubleshoot IT issues
Follow all IT issues through to completion
Provide technical support on Windows based systems
Provide Hardware Support (Laptops, Printers etc)


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ Years Technical / Desktop Support experience
Strong MS Office experience
Good Hardware Support experience
Microsoft Certification
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
