Senior Business Analyst required for 6 Month Dublin based contract….

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with other analysts, developers and subject matter experts to facilitate and drive high level IT impact assessments on medium to large change initiatives. 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across the entire IT function with business users to identify, fully understand and assess the detailed business requirements for IT solutions, business process change and test support.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with business representatives and users to understand their technical needs

• Evaluate current business processes and related activities

• Document As-is – to-be process (s)

• Identify, produce and review functional specifications

• Communicate clearly with business users and project manager (s)

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Create detailed documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Qualification

• 6+ Years Business Analysis experience 

• Good financial services experience

• Strong documentation experience

• Previous Consulting experience would be a distinct advantage 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
