SQL Server Devops Engineer

Due to the expansion of the existing team, we have a fantastic opportunity for an SQL Server Devops Engineer to join a market leader in their field. You will be part of the Application Support team in Dublin city centre that runs the 24/7 mission critical business operations of my client. This includes software deployment and release management, reporting, scripting/ automation of system management procedures, monitoring/ alerting tools and issues management and tracking.

Development projects will also be available for candidates with the right mix of skills.

The SQL Server Devops Engineer will have

* SQL (ability to create ad hoc reports)
* Windows 2008R2 Server administration.
* IIS 7/7.5 Configuration & Administration
* Working knowledge of Web services
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Technical debugging, problem solving and problem management skills required.
