The role will encompass both first and second level help desk functions and support both internal and end users. You'll need to have an excellent customer focused attitude and an eagerness to learn and pick up new technologies.
You will need to have service desk experience, ideally 1-2 years and be strong across windows and Linux operating systems. Excellent communication is vital and a good level of networking experience would be highly desirable.
You'll also need to be confident in working with third party vendors and escalating any issues to level 2/3 support teams. Desired Skills/Experience:
* 1-2 years experience in a IT Support Administration Role.
* Knowledge of windows operations systems.
* Experience with networking and virtualisation would be desirable.
* Microsoft certifications would be a bonus!
* Strong exposure to active directory, exchange and SCCM.
* Office 365 experience would be desirable.
* Excellent troubleshooting.
* Strong communication both written and verbal.
